Branding Campaign

Situation: Wickenburg Ranch, a masterplanned and lifestyle community roughly 50 miles northwest of the Phoenix-metro area, had broken ground on phase 1 and was needing to increase home and lot sales. Simultaneously, it was having a difficult time countering the claim that it was too far from Phoenix.

Objective: Position Wickenburg Ranch as a desirable place to call home and attract homeowners for phase 1, and in turn, sequential phases.

Approach: Position Wickenburg Ranch as a lifestyle community unlike any other in Arizona, conceived for the adventurous spirit and youthful soul. To do so, it was important to embrace the perceived weakness of being too far removed from Phoenix and transform it into a strength.
